• Entry closing date 4 weeks prior to date of competition
• Ballot date two weeks prior to date of competition

Withdrawal

Full refunds will be given to entrants withdrawing prior to the ballot taking place.  Anyone withdrawing after the draw has been published will only receive a refund if we are able to fill their place.
